The Miniature Valve

I have no idea what this valve is.  It certainly is not very big. It looks like it might be a triode for use in a receiver at high frequency. It might be for a radar.

Vadim Demidov, ex UA9140542 (SWL), op of UK9FFO, UK1ADR comments that he believes the Miniature Valve is one of two possible types. Unfortunately its top part close to grid disk is not visible, so there is a little chance it is of another type. The two likely types are:

1. 2S49D (in transliteration; Russian "S" looks like English "C" and Russian "D" is similar to Greek "Delta") - it has filament current 480 ± 40 mA at 2.4 V

2. 6S48D - its filament is 95 mA (+25 / -20 mA tolerance) at 6.3 V
